Return Policy



Echo Sport will do its best to make sure your equipment lives up to your dreams.

But if it turned out not to be the case, we will not leave you with something it is not working out for you. 


For in store purchase

You have 10 days to return a product that is not working out, either to exchange or refund. 

Products must have a proof of purchase and in case of brand new products, all the tags and original box if applicable. 

Beyond the 10 days period, you are covered by the brands' warranties against defects and such. Those warranties do not cover abuse, accidents or normal use over time.  

Fabrication defects or quality defects happen early on and are quite evident. No warranty covers the normal wear for which a product is designed. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that protective equipment such as helmet are not covered for impact. These products are desinged to minimise impact on the head by breaking up and so diffusing the energy. It is highly recommanded that after a moderate impact, you inspect the helmet thoroughly for any micro fractures of the shell, as the protection would be greatly reduced in the event of a second impact.  


For brand new equipment:  

  • The item must be in mint state, unused, un altered and unwashed. 
  • The item must be returned with all the tags and original box when applicable.

Used equipment:

We offer 1 year warranty on all our used product, for any normal use. 

Just like for brand new product, you have 10 days to bring back something that is not to your liking, after which, we can buy it back from you with depreciation according to the usage, in exchange for store credits or something else of your choosing. 




  • Perishable products (food and drinks)
  • Produits presenting hygiene problems (such as socks, jackstraps, bucal protectors, etc.)
  • Impact protective equipments (all protective helmets) 
  • New skis with bindings already set (holes drilled into the core of the skis)

ECHO SPORTS reserves the right to refuse any product if it does not respect our return policy or fails quality control upon return. 


For on line purchase

Refunds only.

For online purchase, it is not possible to exchange using carriers. We can only offer refunds upon the return of a product. However, we can proceed to an exchange if you come to the store. 

Before you initiate a return, please contat us ahead by email or phone first, to get a return autorisation from us. We will walk you through the process step by step. 

When you ship back an item, you are entirely responsible for it, until we receive it. Make sure to use a carrier that offers tracking options and a warranty in case of lost package. 

Echo Sports does not cover return shipping fees except for defective products. 

Refund will be process after we have received the merchandise and have thoroughly inspected it for quality control. All refunds will be done according to the payment type you used when you purchased the item. 

In case of an unauthorized return or a product that is no longer in a sellable state (brand new, in its original box, unaltered), it will be returned to you and all fees related for that retun will be charged to you. 


To return your equipment by post:

Please contact us by email at [email protected]  to first get an authorisation number for this return. 
In your email, indicate reason for the return and a copy of your invoice.

If the return is generated by a defective product, please include a few pictures of the problem. 

  • The item must be in mint state, unused, un altered and unwashed. 
  • The item must be returned with all the tags and original box when applicable.
  • The item must be properly wrapped to protect it and its original box from dammage during transport (do not write directly on the original box or put any stickers on it)
  • Most our shipping options are free but if there were shipping fees billed at the time of purchase, they will not be refund.
