COVID-19 UPDATE APRIL 4th 2021
Here's how the reopening will happened:
- MONDAY APRIL 5th AM, our staff will proceed with a deep cleaning of our work space, floors, surfaces and products, including aerate teh store profusely.
- MONDAY APRIL 5th PM (Noon) we will resume with shipping online orders and allow no contact pickups.
- WEDNESDAY APRIL 14th, our repair shop will be open for business
ONLINE ORDERS SHIPPING ->
To respect COVID-19 safety protocoles, please note that the delivery person is not allowed inside your home. If you think you may require help to bring a package in, plan ahead as the delivery person will leave the package at the door.
NO CONTACT PICK UP ORDERS ->
You will be able to come to the store to pick up online purchase, or articles on lay way, special orders or equipments in repairs. For all these, you must have paid in full before showing up at the store. So please call ahead to complete necessary payments before coming to the store to pick up your merchandise. Once you are ready to pick up something, simply park and call inside to let us know you are in the parking lot, we will bring the item to your car. All items will be desinfected before given to you.
*With the current confinement, it is not possible to shop physically at the store, as no customers is allowed inside for now. All shopping must be done online. We remain at your services if you require information or help to proceed with your online purchase, email, phone or Facebook.
REPAIR SHOP SERVICES ->
Although most of our staff will be back at work, we want to give them time to catch up with the backed up delivery before offering any other services, thus the repair services will be back in operation on Wednesday April 14th. If you already had something in repair, we will contact you if it is ready, you will be able to use no contact pick up to come and pick it up, but no additional repairs will be done until then.
