JOB OFFER : SALES COORDINATOR
JOB CONDITIONS AND SALARY:
- 18$ to 22$ hourly rate according to experience

As a sales coordinator in sporting goods, these are your tasks:
- Keep the sale's team informed of products availability, in the warehouse or from the suppliers
- Keep the sale's team informed of the ETA of incoming products
Control the sale's process from the purchase to delivery and keep customers informed during the process. He/She is the key person for customers to contact if customers have any questions regarding their order. - Organise presentation and create documentation to keep the sale's team up to beat with products' info and new technology.
- Responsible for the store facing, merchandising, making sure products description and/or props are displayed properly
- Improve and ensure quotes' follow up by the sale's team, to make sure the customer has proper support through out the sale's process.
- Improve customers' satisfaction process, make sure customers are attended, keep up with customers' communication, phone or E-mail.
- Alert the manager in case of products running low and needing to be restocked.
In order to be happy in this job, you need those qualities:
- Good knowledge in sports and sports equipment

- Good merchandising skills
- Leadership and good listener
- Handle well working under pressure sometimes
- Organised, reliable and capacity to quickly prioritise
