We are looking for someone reliable, good people skills and good working speed as bike and ski shops are really booming.
OUR OFFER:
- Annual salary 31,000$ to 37,400$ depending on experience

- PROVIDED IN WINTER TIME -> SKIS OR SNOWBOARD OF YOUR CHOICE (bindings included, value UP TO 600$)
- PROVIDED IN SUMMER TIME -> A BIKE OF YOUR CHOICE (electric or regular, value up to 3000$)
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome customers and redirect them to the proper resource (Service, warranty, return, rental)
- Courteous, engaging, make sure the customers is satisfied when leaving the store
- Handle all transactions and payments, layaway and financing when necessary
- Make sure invoices match payment receipts
- Open and close cash terminal, balance day end
- Keep the working space organised and functional
- Answer customers’ calls, redirect them to the proper service or employee
- Other related tasks
QUALITIES TO BE HAPPY IN THIS JOB:
- Sociable, engaging
- Knowledge of ski, snowboard or bike is a plus
- You’re naturally efficient and attentive (since you’ll manage transactions while talking to customers)
- Good speed on a computer keyboard (electronic cash terminal)
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Cash experience
- Customer service experience
- Good speed on keyboard (Data entry, inventory, etc.)
PERSONAL HOBBIES THAT CAN CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR HAPPINESS IN THAT JOB:
- Alpine or cross-country skiing
- Snowboarding
- Biking
- Gaming (your keyboard speed will help!)
